General WebCV Group Session

  • Provide an overview of WebCV and the organization of pages and records
  • Show how to navigate through the grid pages where records are stored
  • Show how to add, edit (both individually and in bulk), and delete records
  • Demonstrate marking records as draft

 
You will also have the opportunity to review your draft CV as generated by WebCV to confirm that the information from the CV provided has been entered correctly. To reserve a space in the session call 416-946-3289 or email webcv.review@utoronto.ca.

Prerequisites: 
Attendee must know the username and password of the account to use during the training session. Since login information is initially only provided to faculty members after their CV is transferred to WebCV, administrative assistants should either request a member secretary account to use during the session, or alternatively they can use the faculty member's account with their permission.
